This production line continuously wraps a plastic layer around metal tubes (broom handles, mop handles, clothes poles, etc.) by the metal-pipe coating extrusion process. A pre-formed metal tube serves as the core (iron, carbon steel, galvanized, stainless steel pipe, or aluminum tube/rod); a single-screw extruder melts and plasticizes PVC, PP, PE or TPU pellets, and a right-angle crosshead die applies the melt evenly around the moving tube. After cooling, haul-off and cut-to-length, the result is a composite tube of metal skeleton + plastic outer layer.
Compared with solid plastic or bare metal handles, the coated broom handle combines metal rigidity with the rust-proof, anti-corrosion, comfortable-grip and colorful finish of the plastic layer — the mainstream process for cleaning-tool manufacturers worldwide.

- Coating materials: PVC (cost-effective, rich colors), PP (heat-resistant, good rigidity), PE (soft, weather-resistant), TPU (elastic, wear-resistant, nice touch); single-layer or multi-layer co-extrusion (e.g. primer layer + functional layer).

A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
