YAOAN adheres to standardized quality management in accordance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 management systems. We have built a complete full-chain quality control system covering raw material incoming inspection, component processing supervision, assembly inspection, offline testing, commissioning and pre-shipment final check.

1. Incoming Material QC All steel plates, casting parts, electrical components, screw and barrel raw materials are inspected upon arrival. Material certificates, dimension and surface quality will be verified to reject unqualified supplies at the source.
2. Machining Process QC Key structural parts, screw, barrel, mould and other precision components are inspected after CNC machining and laser cutting. Dimensional tolerance, surface finish and hardness are tested to meet extrusion equipment manufacturing standards.
3. Assembly Stage QC Technicians and QC staff jointly check assembly accuracy, connection tightness, alignment of transmission parts, wiring safety and matching of all auxiliary units. Any non-compliance must be rectified before entering the testing phase.
4. Running Test & Commissioning Every complete extrusion line will be assembled and tested inside the factory. We carry out no-load running test and simulated production commissioning to check operation stability, temperature control accuracy, driving performance and safety protection devices. This is the core procedure to ensure stable production performance after delivery to customers.
5. Final Pre-Shipment Inspection Before packaging and shipment, the QC team conducts a comprehensive recheck of all equipment configurations, accessories, documents and appearance. Only machines passing all inspection items can be arranged for delivery.
