This is a professional high-speed extrusion production line specially developed for manufacturing PE spray nozzle pipes. Equipped with a model 65mm main extruder and a 10-meter long cooling water tank, the line supports a maximum production linear speed of 200 meters per minute, realizing high-efficiency, stable and continuous production of precision PE small pipes.
The complete production line consists of the following core units:
65 Model Single-screw Extruder
It serves as the core host equipment for melting and plasticizing PE raw materials.
With optimized screw and barrel structure,
it provides stable plasticizing effect and uniform melt extrusion output, ensuring consistent pipe wall thickness
and stable extrusion pressure for high-speed running.
Special Pipe Die Head
Adopts high-precision annular die structure designed for thin-wall PE spray pipes.
The replaceable die and mandrel allow flexible production of different pipe diameters and wall thicknesses,
meeting various specifications of spray nozzle pipes.
10-meter Long Cooling Water Tank
The extended 10-meter water cooling system provides sufficient and uniform cooling distance.
It fully cools and solidifies the high-speed extruded pipe body, effectively preventing pipe deformation,
ensuring straight pipe shape and improving finished product roundness and surface smoothness.
Traction Machine
Features frequency conversion synchronous speed regulation.
It provides stable and precise traction force that perfectly matches the high-speed extrusion output.
Constant speed traction effectively controls pipe wall uniformity and guarantees dimensional accuracy
during 200m/min high-speed operation.
Automatic Winding Machine
Equipped with a high-speed winding system to achieve automatic, neat and tension-consistent coiling of
finished PE spray pipes. It avoids pipe twisting and irregular winding,
realizing continuous rolling collection for convenient storage, transportation and secondary processing.
Electric Control System
Adopts PLC and touch screen integrated intelligent control. It centrally adjusts and monitors extrusion
temperature, host rotating speed, traction speed and winding tension.
The system features simple operation, stable running and high automatic production efficiency.
