1. Product Introduction
The YAOAN Φ55/30 three-color synthetic rattan extrusion line is a newly upgraded high-speed, high-stability plastic extrusion equipment specially used for producing PE / PP / PVC three-color imitation rattan. It adopts a single-screw main extruder with Φ55 screw and two sets of Φ30 color extruders, which can stably produce colorful, gradient, mixed-color, and patterned plastic rattan with uniform color, clear texture, and good toughness.
This complete production line is designed for continuous industrial production. It integrates extrusion, filtration, cooling, traction, cutting or winding, and has a maximum line speed of 80 meters per minute, which greatly improves production efficiency. It is widely used in the production of outdoor furniture, rattan chairs, rattan tables, woven baskets, home decorations, and various rattan crafts.
2. Main Structure & Configuration Details
(1) Φ55 Single Screw Main Extruder
- Screw diameter: Φ55mm
- Screw L/D ratio: 30:1
- Barrel and screw material: high-quality 38CrMoALA, nitride treatment, high hardness, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant
- Stable plasticization, uniform extrusion, suitable for PE, PP and other plastic raw materials
- Equipped with precision temperature control system, the temperature of each zone is independently controlled, and the error is small
(2) Φ30 Two-color Auxiliary Extruder
- Two sets of Φ30 single-screw extruders, used for color masterbatch and color material extrusion
- Realize three-color co-extrusion to produce colorful rattan, variegated rattan, floral rattan, etc.
- Color ratio is stable and adjustable, color blending is uniform, no color difference
(3) High-efficiency Screen Changer
- Equipped with a special hydraulic / manual screen changer for the rattan machine
- Effectively filter impurities, black spots, and lumps in molten plastic
- Ensure the surface of the finished rattan is smooth, flawless, not broken, and improve product qualification rate

According to customer needs, we can provide two configurations:

- Four-wheel traction, strong force, stable operation, no slipping
- Automatic fixed-length cutting, accurate size, high efficiency
- Option B: 4-wheel traction + winder
- Continuous winding into rolls, convenient for storage and transportation
- Tension is adjustable, the rattan is not stretched or deformed
Both adopt frequency conversion speed control, which can be precisely matched with the main machine speed.

Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
