The machine can produce different size of PP,HDPE virgin or recycled monofilament,fishing yarn, which is widely used in finishing
net,plastic twine,plastic rope,safety net.
1. The inverter of this line is of ABB; motors are of Chinese name brand and the AC contactors are of TAIWAN’S SHIHLIN or TAIAN.
2. The gear box materials is made of alloy cast steel, contract surface of up, down box deal with precision tempering, quenching heat treatment, the teeth deal with grinding and peeling eventually, the teeth surface harshness is Ra 0.8, and provided with damping, antifriction, low-noise etc. characteristics.
3. Payment means: prepay down payment 30% of total amount, the other fund will be paid after confirm the machine test result before shipment. Generally customers should prepare the test material.
4. Warranty period: for one year. The only promise is that the user must not violate the operation regulations. The parts are limited to screw, barrels, inverter motor, temperature meters and AC contractor.
5. Installation items: We can dispatch technicians to give necessary guidance at the installation and training workers at the user’s place upon receipt of requirement from the buyer, if the related expenses are on the buyer’s side.

Q1: What is the guarantee of the machine?
A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the machine is installed well in buyer's factory;
Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the machine?
A3: Yes, we supply detailed user manual for your reference. PLS read it carefully for guide. If there is still problem which could not be solved, PLS contact us, we are ready to help you anytime.
