*** Nonwoven Technology Co., Ltd, a polypropylene (PP) meltblown non-woven fabric maker, has launched new PP Meltblown nonwoven fabric machine By using YAOAN meltblown fabric machine line, *** Nonwoven Technology has been able to develop a new meltblown non-woven grade which has better barrier and mechanical properties than conventional meltblown grades. This new meltblown grade was initially launched for filter applications and now it is developing it for further business growth.  With consumers placing a high emphasis on health and hygiene, the fabrics for indoor and outdoor use are growing in popularity. The single filaments possible with Irgatec are thinner, stronger and more flexible than those of existing technology. The resulting stronger fabric improves cleaning efficiency compared to existing materials like paper, spunbond non-woven and conventional meltblown grades. Meltblowing is a one-step process in which streams of molten polymer are subjected to hot, high-velocity air to produce a web of microfibers. The ability to form a web directly from a molten polymer without controlled stretching gives meltblown technology a distinct cost advantage over other systems. These fine fibers provide an exceptionally high surface area, suitable for multiple applications.

Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most important traditional festivals in China. At this moment, we celebrate it at our factory , and hold a party after dinner. All of our members get together have a nice meal, and watch the wonderful performance.It is a day of pleasure and happiness. The ancient Chinese observed that the movement of the moon had a close relationship with changes of the seasons and agricultural production. Hence, to express their thanks to the moon and celebrate the harvest, they offered a sacrifice to the moon on autumn days. This custom could be traced back to the Zhou Dynasty (1046 - 256 BC) and was more often practiced by the royal class on the Autumnal Equinox. At that time, the custom had no festival background at all. Later in the Sui (581 - 618 AD) and Tang (618 - 907 AD) dynasties, social prosperity inspired the custom of appreciating the moon on the moon sacrifice ceremony day among common people and the two merged. The people expressed their faith more liberally than the royal class and so they did not strictly hold their activities on the Autumnal Equinox. So August 15th of the Chinese lunar calendar, the closest full moon day to the Autumnal Equinox, turned out to be a better choice and was set as a fixed festival. This happened in the Tang Dynasty. By the time of the Northern Song Dynasty (960 - 1127 AD), Mid-Autumn Festival had already become a widely celebrated folk festival. Romantically speaking, the festival is to commemorate Chang E, who in order to protect her beloved hu**and’s elixir, ate it herself and flew to the moon. Legends In addition to the romantic legend Chang E Flying to the Moon mentioned above, there are many other legends and stories related to this grand festival. The most well-known ones include Jade Rabbit Pounding Medicine, Wu Gang Chopping Laurel Tree, and Zhu Yuanzhang and the Moon Cake Uprising. Customs On the festival day, family members gather to offer sacrifice to the moon, appreciate the bright full moon, eat moon cakes, and express strong yearnings toward family members and friends who live afar. In addition, there are some other customs like playing lanterns, and dragon and lion dances in some regions. The unique customs of ethnic minorities are interesting as well, such as “chasing the moon” of Mongolians, and “steal vegetables or fruits” of the Dong people.   Moon Cake The Moon Cake is the special food of Mid-Autumn Festival. On that day, people sacrifice moon cakes to the moon as an offering and eat them for celebration. Moon cakes come in various flavors according to the region. The moon cakes are round, symbolizing the reunion of a family, so it is easy to understand how the eating of moon cakes under the round moon can evoke longing for distant relatives and friends. Nowadays, people present moon cakes to relatives and friends to demonstrate that they wish them a long and happy life.   Top Places to Celebrate the Festival in China Some people prefer stay at home to celebrate the festival, while others would like to go outside to have a closer contact with the bright full moon. Over time, some outdoor places become more popular, including ancient man-made sites, natural scenic areas, countryside and skyscrapers, etc.   Mid-Autumn Festival in other Asian Countries Due to frequent communications with China and migrations of Chinese people, Mid-Autumn Festival has become popular in other parts of the world, especially neighboring Asian countries where it is celebrated in the same way as in China, while others add their own customs.

EVA resins are considered to be relatively safe to use in food applications. Certain adhesive manufacturers offer EVA resins that are approved for indirect food contact (FDA 21 CFR.175) applications. This allows the adhesive to be used not only in food packaging but also in food cooking and other food preparation applications.

Epe foam sheet is a common product in daily life, but little is known about the density of epe. The density of domestic epe foam sheet is calculated in kg/m3. How many grades of epe foam sheet are currently on the market? Today, YAOAN will explain it to everyone. The daily epe density is 19kg-27kg/m3, and the second high density epe is 35kg/m3. Generally, the higher the density, the better the quality of the product, because the high density means that the epe recovers faster after being subjected to an external force. This also indirectly indicates that the use of epe to package the goods, to ensure that the products in the package are not subject to external damage. It is worth noting that high-density epe foam sheet has a lower softness. However, it can guarantee a certain degree of flexibility after being stressed. At present, the epe density level of the market is many, depending on the needs of customers. Epe density calculation formula: density (kg/m3) = pearl cotton volume (length * width * thickness) The above is the Chinese epe density standard. The epe density on foreign drawings is: 2.6PCF, 4.0lb. In Europe and the United States, they use traditional units of measurement, PCF is a shorthand for pounds/m3, and 2.6PCF is referred to as 2.6 pounds in China.

On March 14, our customers from Middle East visited YAOAN Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. (YAOAN for short).They cheerfully visited the PP Ribbon Film Production Line, and PP Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric Machines.They looked at various plastic extrusion machines and parts assemblies carefully and learned in detail about the technical performance of the extruders manufactured by YAOAN.
